General Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review the policies below.
Please note the following:
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Customs Duties and Fees: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, and any customs-related fees imposed by their country.
The declared customs value will reflect the full value of the products; discounts and shipping fees are not deducted.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: We do not take responsibility for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If an incomplete address is submitted, we will contact the customer via email. If there is no response within 10 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded to the original PayPal account (excluding shipping fees).

  • Returned or Rejected Packages: If a package is returned or rejected by customs or the carrier, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
  • Delivery Timeframes: International delivery may take 2–21 business days or longer, depending on your country’s customs and postal services.
  • Order Processing: Orders are shipped twice weekly, requiring at least 2 business days of internal processing. Delays may occur if an item is out of stock.

Delivery Policy
Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via Korea Post, CDEK Global or EMS, EMS premium, with tracking numbers provided.
Dispatch Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be handed over to the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at support@82box.ru — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refund Policy
Note for Customers in Russia:
In accordance with the Government Decree of the Republic of Korea, goods that are free of defects, undamaged, and as described on https://82box.ru cannot be returned or exchanged.
You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within three business days. Please note: Actual crediting times depend on your bank and may take up to 30 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first and send your item to:
