Basic definitions

Buyer - is a person or legal entity who intends to purchase goods on the website of the online store.

Registered Buyer - a Buyer who has provided the Seller with individual information about himself (surname, name, patronymic, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number), which can be used to place an Order many times. This information is provided when placing an Order.

Seller - Company "Dinso, Co., LTD", registered in the Republic of Korea. Registration number: 617-81-54962, which sells goods through the online store located at https://82box.ru.

Online store - an Internet site where any Buyer can familiarize himself with the presented Products, their descriptions and prices for Products, select a specific Product, a method of payment and delivery of Products, place an Order.

Product - an object of purchase and sale presented for sale in the online store by placing it in the appropriate section of the online store.

Order - a completed Buyer's request for the purchase and delivery to the specified address of the Products selected in the online store.

Article - the designation of the Goods assigned by the Manufacturer.


General Provisions

These terms of sale of goods in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") determine the procedure for the purchase of goods through the online store by individuals or legal entities, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"; when jointly referred to, the Seller and the Buyer are also referred to as "Parties", and each separately - "Party".

Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal and legal capacity, as well as all the rights and powers necessary and sufficient for the conclusion and execution of the contract of sale.

By ordering the Products through the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in connection with which the Buyer undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Terms posted on the online store page.

The Buyer agrees to these Terms by placing an Order.


Registration in the online store

Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Buyer during registration.

The buyer, who has registered in the online store, receives individual identification by providing a login and password (if this functionality is provided in the online store). Individual identification of the Buyer avoids unauthorized actions by third parties on behalf of the Buyer. The transfer by the Buyer of the login and password to third parties is prohibited, the Buyer is solely responsible for all possible negative consequences in case of transfer of the login and password to third parties.

The buyer agrees to receive advertising information from the seller through any communication channels (phone, email, etc.) and to transfer contact information to third parties for the delivery of advertising information.

Personal information transferred to the disposal of the online store during registration or in any other way will not be transferred to third organizations and persons without the permission of users, except in situations of delivery of advertising information and when required by law or a court decision.


Placing and fulfilling an order

When placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the rules for the sale of Goods through the Internet store and provides the Seller with the information necessary to place an Order.

The Seller prepares and ships the ordered Goods after receiving payment.

If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, before placing the Order, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the Seller's contact information published on the website of the online store.


Payment for goods

Prices in the online store are indicated for one item of goods.

You can order only the Goods for which a positive quantity in the warehouse is indicated at the time of order.

Payment for the Goods by the Buyer is made in the currency in which the price of the Goods was indicated on the website of the online store at the time of ordering.

The Payer must be the Buyer himself. Payment from third parties is not accepted. Payment is allowed only in one of the ways offered on the website of the online store when placing an order. No other payment methods are available.

The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the ordered Goods.

Delivery

Seller will make every effort to comply with the date and time of delivery specified in the relevant Order, however, delays in delivery are allowed due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Seller.

The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer at the time of transfer of the Goods to him and the Buyer affixing his signature in the documents confirming the delivery of the Order.

In order to avoid cases of fraud when delivering a prepaid Order, the buyer must present an identity document.

Return of goods

Exchange and return of goods are carried out in accordance with applicable law.

The possibility of exchange or return of goods is described in our "Delivery & Return policy" document.

Seller is not responsible for damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Goods purchased in the online store.

The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's losses resulting from:

• incorrect indication of personal data,
  
• illegal actions of third parties.
  
  

The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information specified by him when registering in the online store.

The Parties are exempt from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill their obligations if such failure was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the entry into force of the Terms, as a result of extraordinary events that the Parties could not foresee and prevent by reasonable measures.

In other cases, not provided for in clause of the Conditions, failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with applicable law.


Other conditions

The provisions of the current legislation apply to the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

The Buyer guarantees that all the terms of these Terms are clear to him, and he accepts them in full.

In the event of positive feedback or claims from the Buyer, he must contact the Seller at the email address indicated on the website of the online store.

The parties will try to resolve all arising disputes through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to court in accordance with applicable law.

The invalidity or failure of one of the Parties to comply with any provision of these Terms does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions of the Terms.

If the Buyer does not agree with at least one of the provisions of these Terms, he does not have the right to use the online store.
